I guess I’m just nosey like that.

Looks like a Merry Christmas! The only way I’d want to be a fly is if it was for Beyonce’s morning. I would be a bee so that she would feel the need to give me a special present, worth millions. lol

  3. Lady G, I have written and tried to send a comment twice. I don’t know what’s happening here on WordPress. One last try: every picture tells a story and what a story this one is! Definitely a bestseller in my book! Looks like you had a great time. And that’s what it’s all about isn’t it? Having a wonderful time with family and friends …:) Bless you and yours!

    1. The third time’s the charm!
No seriously, I hate when that happens! I tried to comment about 50 times on Ron’s blog once! It drove me crazy!
Anyway, thank you for taking a peek at my Christmas weekend! And you are right, this season is all about family and friends! May you and yours be blessed as well Lady M 💞

        1. I know what you mean Lady G. The three times I was trying to get through to you felt like 30 times. But I use my discretion when exaggerating. If I exaggerate all the time, who’s gonna know when I’m not? Ya get me?? LOL

‘Tis said one picture is worth a thousand words!
This a whole lovely Christmas story. What a sweet doll’s house. And I can relate to granddad falling asleep; it’s what we do.
    All the best Gwin

  5. Well, I’ve enjoyed being a fly on your wall. All the food looks great – I’d say you cooked up a storm. You know I’ve never cooked a Turkey. Traditionally, our Christmas is given over to all kinds of meet, Since we came together as families, it places less load on the cooking. So I did a nice leg of lamb, Gammon with a Gooseberry glaze, Sweet potato pie that has become a favourite and trifle which. Others brought other delectables. After the hot weather, it was great to see and smell the rain all around us.

Now, how I wish I could have had a dolls house like Lady J ! 😀

    1. Oh thank you! I hoped that you would enjoy it 🙂
BTW, I’ve never cooked a leg of lamb. I just can’t eat it! I think that childhood rhyme, Mary had a little lamb, ruined any possible appetite that I might have developed for it! LOL!!!
That said, I’ll bet it was delicious 🙂
“Gammon with Gooseberry glaze”–I got to get to googling but I tell you what…any kinda glaze has to be the bomb!!!!
And gurlllllllll….I would have loved to have had that doll house too 🙂

    1. Thank you Paula!
Sir R does not want anyone in the kitchen when he is working his magic!
That said, Lady G was banished until the ole bird was done! I had already cooked my assigned dishes 😂
She was delicious-by the way…both juicy and crispy!
Many blessing to you and your family 🙂

        2. Lady G, you got it wrong love. That ‘cheeky’ comment was meant for Tareau. He was being cheeky with me, telling me that he was bored with my comments about his Xmas food reference, If you are cheeky Lady G, that’s ok with me! lol

  7. Great pictures! Thanks for sharing Lady G! I am jealous ya’ll had the breakfast casserole! My fam used to make french toast and eggs and such in the morning, but this year, I was stuck eating Frosted Flakes. Huge step down. Let’s just say I didn’t feel Tony the Tiger “grrrrreeattt” about it lol.

Would love to grab a bite of those Lady J cookies! Looking scrumptious!

      Sorry love!
Anyway, french toast is the bomb! And yes hunty Frosted Flakes are a massive demotion! LOL!
This year Lady G bought frozen cookies; we made them scratch last year–we added toffee in those!
      YAAASSSS!
Lady G bought ALL of the sweets this year! No baking! I just couldn’t be bothered.
