Yeah. “Where the Wild Things Are”. I don’t think I read it—ever. But, that cover! I remember seeing it in the school library and thinking “ Nawl” 😂 “Where the damn Dr. Seuss at?”

Me too! I was such a scaredy-cat that, way before that Wild Things book was written (I’m old, baby!), I was terrified of a book because it had a drawing of a dog that was so skinny, it looked more like a giant spider!! Hey, I was only three or four, whaddya want! 😀

One of my best friends growing up was so afraid of snakes she couldn’t even look in the “S” Encyclopedia 😂😂😂😂
